MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
$28/hr starting pay with full benefits.
The GAF Cumming, GA Plant is looking for a 2nd shift Maintenance
Technician to maintain and troubleshoot facilities, automated
production machinery, and lab equipment requiring knowledge of
pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and PLC controls. The Maintenance
Technician is responsible for ensuring machinery and equipment run
safely, reliably and efficiently. This includes work on Milacron injection
molding machines, filter application and nail insertion machines,
tool and die maintenance, conveying systems, and facilities plumbing,
electrical, and HVAC.
To perform the role, the successful candidate needs to use hand tools,
power tools, computers, electrical testing equipment, overhead cranes,
forklifts, welders, lathes and fabrication equipment. The computer
systems used are Microsoft Excel, Maximo, RS Logix 500, Banner
Presence, RS Linx, Parker Motion Planner and Rockwell Factory Talk.
This position requires a HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 5
years industrial maintenance experience or 5 years process knowledge
of Milacron injection molding machines and a strong mechanical/
electrical aptitude. We offer a competitive salary ($28/hour) and benefits

in Nursing Instructor. This position will provide instruction in
the theory and practical applications of Nursing. Organize and
conduct classes using a variety of learning experiences and
activities that include lecture and lab materials. Instructional
duties include course design and development of lesson
plans, instruction, assessment, and evaluation with efficient
maintenance of classroom records. Duties also include
student advisement, participation in college committees, and
participation in professional development. Must have computer
knowledge and experience including the use of Microsoft Office
software. Faculty teaching in the Associate of Science Nursing
Program must be prepared and physically able to teach at clinical
sites.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing from an
accredited college or university. Must have a current Georgia
registered nursing license in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience at the
postsecondary level; Minimum three (3) years of full-time, in
field work experience within the past seven (7) years; Teaching
experience via distance learning/online.
Salary is commensurate with education and work experience.
