System Permit to apply
treated wastewater to a
Land Application Site in
the State of Georgia
The Georgia
Environmental
Protection Division
(EPD) has received a
new application for
the reissuance of an
existing LAS permit.
Having reviewed
such application, EPD
proposes to issue for
a maximum term of
five years the following
permit subject to
specific pollutant
limitations and special
conditions:

Flowery Branch, Georgia
30542, Permit No. GAJOI
0595 for a chewing gum
facility located at 4500
Atlanta Highway in Hall
County. A maximum
of 0.064 MGD of
pretreated process and
sanitary wastewater will
be land applied to a site
in the Chattahoochee
River Basin.
Persons wishing to
comment upon or
object to the proposed
determinations are
invited to submit
same in writing to the
