Sunday morning, December 26,
at 9:30 o’clock. ■„
The double ring ceremonies
were performed by Rev. R. L.
Parker, Sr., uniting Mr. Harold
Mwin Landmen to Miss Char,
- f/L Virginia 'Evans and Mr.
\ Millard' Frank . Granger^, to Miss
I Claudie Mae Palmer.
Miss Evaps is the oldest daugh-
1 ter'of Mr. and Mrs. John Evans,
her only sister being Miss John
nie Ruth Evans. After finishing
school at Douglas County High
School she has been connected
with the Life of Georgia Insur-
‘ ance Company of Atlanta. Miss
Evans chose for her wedding a
wine gaberdine suit with grey
accessories; her flowers were
white roses. i ,
Mr. Landmon is.the Oldest son
of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Land
mon. His only brother is Buddy
Landmon. After 37 months in
the Navy he has been connected
with Colonial Stores in Douglas-
ville. ■ -
Miss Palmer is the only daugh
ter of Mr: and Mrs. W. B. Pal--
mer. Her only brother is Mr.
Billie Palmer. She chose for her
wedding a ; blue tweed suit witjh
black accessories. Her flowers
were red roses.
Mr. Granger is the oldest son
of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Granger
of Carrollton. After three years
in the Army he was with J. Cow
an Whitley Funeral Home, and
is now manager of the Douglas
County Hospital.
After a lovely wedding dinner
at the home of Mr. and Mrs. R.
L. Parker, Jr., the happy couples
left for Florida on a wedding
trip.
