For at least two Christmases
recently Mr. and Mrs. M. D. Har
den, Grady Street, have been
more than usually thankful.
Christmas Days of both 1946 and
1948 have marked the end of

hospital confinement for Mrs.
Harden.
This year, she was admitted to
Douglas. County Memorial Hos
pital on December 15, and her
husband was able to bring her
home on Christmas Day after a
serious illness. She is able to
receive visitors.
Both the Hardens are almost
newcomers to Douglas County,
having arrived here last May.
He is manager of the Southland
Ice Company.
