All of sad property is subject to an easment as to alley contract between W. C. Aber crombie and J. R. Hutcheson, duly re corded In records of Douglas County, Georgia. The said named and numbered lots being Improved property, having lo cated thereon a one-story brick building. The above tract and parcels of land subject to the lien of a security deed from James R.
