THE BEST MOWING
MACHINE.
®The Wood Tubular Steel mow¬
er is given up to be the best made,
so savs every one who uses it.
The Walter A. Wood M. & R.
Machine Co. received the gold
medal for the Lest mower at the
Atlanta Exposition last year, and
at nearly all other fairs and
expositions where it was exlnb
ited.
The material is of the very best, has steel
driving wheels, and besides being the most
durable it has more power and runs lffrb»er
than anyother machine, has an equyl draft
on both horses and is no heavier on stock
than ordinary plowing. If you are thinking
of buying a mower, all that is asked is that
you see it work or ask some one who has run
the Wood Machine. The Company >?ives a cer
tifleate of guarantee with every machine
sold, I can also furnish y«u with the reaping -
attachment to cut your grain, which is easi¬
ly attached.
I am still selling the Clark Cut
away Harrows to put in peas
with.
Read below what one of the
most successful farmers in Geor¬
gia says about the mower.
J. A. GOODE.
Conyers, Ga., May 20, ’96,
Mr. J- A. Goode:— Dear Sir:
I have been using the Walter A. Wood Tu
bular Steel Mower for two seasons, I have
had fourother make of mowers cutting on
my farm ana I would not give the Wood ma¬
chine for all fou r of them.
It runs lighter than any of them and cuts
12 acres per day where other machines cut 10.
Very respectfully.
