Garling ton, of Ala., on last Wednesday evening. Miss Maggie has been staying in Atlanta with her aunt for several months. Mr. Robt. L. Gufiin, of Con¬ yers, was in this vicinity sell¬ ing musical instruments one day this week. We had the pleasure of see¬ ing i,he colored triplets of An Waits in this district, We think Andrew needs a pension. Mr. James McClelland of Texas is visiting his son, Mr. J. J. McClelland of this distret. Mr. Jim FaPgason of near McDonough was in this com¬ munity Sunday. Bli t Rich a rvlson of near Rich¬ ardson lias a democratic goat. This goat eat up a few books the other day preparatory to teaching other goats. But is seven years old and enjoys ri¬ ding his goat immensely.
