Buyers were In the market for stuff at quotations during thn early hour, and seemed satisfied with the price. It seemed that those who desired turpentine felt no hesitation In entering at the mar ket price. The current impression among both factors and buyers was that the market was In fairly strong position. The day'* receipts were 1.949. sales 1.422, and the exports none. ROSINS,—The rosin murket closed Arm und unchanged today. The demand was moderate. Home lielleved the m*.rk**t was not In very strong poaltion.
