will regret to learn of his death, which
occurred early last night at Bt. Joseph’s
Infirmary Mr. l>unn was attacked with

The deceased was a native of H.ivannah,
and had spent practically his entire life

The benefit performance at the thaiter
for the sufferer* from the Galveston storm
was given successfully laet night, and,
while not as large a sum w is realized a#
was expected, the efforts of Manager Fred
XVels. those who took port in the enter
tainment ami others who ai led are worthy
of commendation. *
The dlffl ulty was that the entertain
ment wo# so hurrlMly gotten up that there
wa# not much time to prop* rly canvass the
tickets. The firemen’s bull and the citi
zens* committee had pretty well drained
the charitably inclined of stray half dol
lars. too. Manager Weis regret# that
more money was not realised, ne he felt

The programme was a creditable one.
and furnished two hourw and a hilt of

furniture and other goods, the copartner
ship agreement, which was verhal. and
not In writing, being to the effect that the

to be shared equally between the partners

chased since the formation of the partner
ship have amounted to 12.905.10; that the

to reach an agreement of dissolution He
