slowly above last evening, notwithstand
ing the large movement in the South
west. In the Atlantic state* the disposi
tion to hold Is shown In the comparatively
smaller receipts at the Interior towns. Ar
bitrage broker* were quick to realtxe the
tendency of the market and bought large
ly In Liverpool at the close which was
very steady at the best price* of the day
Our local trade are buying on all decline*
