much wild talk, most of which Grov<
seems to have done, lie pleaded guilty to
the offense of pointing a pistol at an
other, and the small line that Judge Nor
wood Imposed was due, possibly, lo this
fact.
John Sapp was sent to the gang for
three month* for carrying concealed weap
ons. Stetne Zerkonski, alias John Smith
had been cbargeet with vagrancy, and
Judge Norwood found that be Was very
much guilty of the offense. The man of
two names was sentenced to apctftl the
next thtee month- on the gang.
Henry We!ey ami Robert Gordon were
la-foro Judge Norwood on a charge of
Mealing a pair of trouser* from 8, Ru
bensteln. There wa- no douht nhotrt
fheir guilt and both of them were sent to
Ihe gang fw o year. Gordon had a re
volver concealed on his person at the
time of Ids arrest and he will have to
spend n additional year on th< gang for
I his offense.
The criminal docket In the City Court
