They must l>e sent in the Identical envelope that brings the money that pays for the estimates or the subscription. You cannot subscribe now and send your estimates af terwards. In sending your estimates by nn agent of The Constitution you make him your agent and not ours. In forwarding your estimates, both as to the correct ness of the figures as you intended them and the cer tainty of the forwarding of them. Should a. party send in more than cne prize esti mate, he or she will be entitled to a share of the prize fund fcr every time that It may represent a. success ful estimate.
