son as popular In the South as It

clination among Southern P'ople to
run after the new breed* and neglect
the old standbys. FouKfrman have to
follow the crowd and breed the most
popular fowl*. Ther# are "ye "J .pur
pose hreed*. any one of which will do
good service a* utility fowls. It la slm-
i.lv a matter of choice with you. The
Wyandotte. Orpington. Rhode Island
lied, Plymouth Rock and the Cornish
Indian Game. The latter and the Or-
plng'ons are English bred and the oth.
