Be Careful What You
Wash Your Hair With
Most soaps and prepared shampoos
contain too much alkali, which is
very injurious, as it dries the scalp
and makeg the hair brittle.
The best thing to use is Mulsified
cocoanut oil shampoo, for this is pure
and entirely greaseless. It’'s very
cheap and beats anything else all to
pieces. You can get thig at any drug
‘store, and a few ounces will last the
whole family for months. ;
Simply moisten the hair with water
and rub it in, about a teaspoonful is’
all that is required. It makeS an
abundance of rich, creamy lather,
cleanses thoroughly, and rinses out
easily. The hair dries quickly and
evenly, and is soft, fresh looking,
bright, fluffy, wavy, and easy to
handle. Besides, it loosens and takes
out every particle of dust, dirt and
dandruff.—Adv, . 3
Get Dr. Edwards’ Olive Tablets
_ That is the joyful cry of thousands
since Dr. Edwards produced Olive
Tzblets, the substitute for calomel.
Dr. Edwards, a pmcticing physician
for 17 years and calomel’s old-time
enemy, discovered the formula for Olive
Tablets while treating patients for
chronic constipation and torpid livers.
Dr. Edwards’ Olive Tablets do not
contain calomel, but a healing, soothing
vegetable laxative.
~ No griping is the “keynote” of these
little sugar-coated, olive-colored tab
lets. They cause the bowels and liver to
act normally. They never force them
to unnatural action.
If g;have a “‘dark brown mouth”—
bad th—a dull, tired feeling—sick
headache—torpid liver—constipation,
you'll find quick, sure and pleasant re
sults from one or two of Dr. Edwards’
Olive Tablets at bedtime.
Thousands take them ever&night just
to keep right. Try them. 10cand 25c.
