sociation of Pittsburg, providing that
an additional sum of 3300,000 Is raised
for this same fund, and haa offered
further to give 1100,000 toward an en

raised In like manner by the friends of
the Institution.
Mr. Frick makes hi* offer good until
July 1, 1*07, for the building fund and
