Found Guilty of As.ault.
Frank Bufltngton, a negro, waa found
guilty yesterday In the superior court
of assault on Tom Clarke, another ne

Death of an Infant.
The Infant. son of Mr. and Mr*. R.
Willingham died yesterday after a

Increased Its output steadily. Of course
they claim merit for their goods, but,
like everything else which has com
petition, this merit was disputed until
the public commenced to wear the sus
penders and was convinced that the
goods were worthy of purchase.
