The Home Demonstration
Club will, meet Tuesday, Sept.
' 30, in the basement of the
Methodist church at 7:30 p. m.
Saturday, September 27th is
the date of the Rising Fawn
Community Fair, which will be
held at the school house. Every
one is invited to attend since
this will be a preview of Rising
Fawn’s entry in the County
Fair.
S/Sgt and Mrs. Charles
Hitt, Jr,, and baby son, Teddy,
have returned to their home in
Omaha, Nebraska, after a two
week stay with his parents, the
C. W. Hitts.
Mrs. Cecil McMahan, Mr.
and Mrs. Sonny McMahan and
Mr. and Mrs. Junior Wam-
ack are the proud parents of a
10 pound girl, Patricia Ann,
born last week.
Mr. and Mrs. W. E. (Bill)
Fulghum of Trenton, living In
Chattanooga temporarily, are ]
the proud parents of twin boys,
born at 10:30 a. m. Sept. 23.
They also are winners of an
automatic washing machine
and ‘ twin” dryer plus 750 units
of canned food, given by West
inghouse to each couple in the
United States having twins on
September 23.

was held at the school house
