E. Turner Tatum died Feb. 8
in Ardmore, Okla., wheie he
has been making his home for
the past 30 years. He is a son
of the former Mr. and Mrs. G.
W. M. Ta>tum of Trenton and a
World War I veteran. He is sur
vived by a son If. T. Tatum Jr.
and a gianddaughter both of
Oklahoma City; one sister Mrs.
Dana T. Davis, Tallahassee,
Fla.; one brother Russ F. Ta-
tann of Phoenix, Ariz., and se-
vreal nieces an ! nephews, one
0 f whom is M. W. Tatum of
Tren tcn. Funeral services will

odi>st church at 2 P. M. Friday,

Walter D Gray, 73, died at,
his home in the New Salem
Community cn February 4. Sur-
viving him are his wife, Mrs.
Lou Tinker Gray; six daugh-

Joe Fulghum, Mrs. Harold C
Mcore, Mrs. J C. Abbott, and
Mrs. R. C. Adams; four sons,

Lincoln R G:ay; sister-in-law,
Mrs. Grace J Gray all of Rt. 2,
Rising Fawn; two ..isters, Mrs.

dren. Funeral services were held
at the New Salem Methodist
Church and interment was in
the Hawkins Cemetery. Active
