His condi¬ tion is reported to be fair and he hopes to return home soon. Shelia Dickerson, daughter cf Mr. and Mrs. Ewell Dicker- s:n, entered a phattanooga hospital this week for a series of tests to determine the cause of her recent illness. Elvey, who has been visiting her sister, Mrs. G. He is still confined to his bed but he is going to m^et with his Scout Troop next week when the meeting will be held in his home Mrs. W G Morrison, Sr., who had a very severe heart at¬ tack last Saturday night. Ls re¬ covering and able to see a few visitors for a short time each day. Miss Gladys, who has been sick for several we^ks. is able to be up and help with the care of her mother. Moores Sunday guests were Mr. and Mrs. Er¬ nest Graham and boys from Daisy, Tenn., Mr. and Mrs. Law’rence Dugan, Mr and Mrs. Benton Patterson and children, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Reeves and children and J. L. Moore. The Edgar Moores also had all their children home for Sun¬ day. The Charge-wide supper, which the Wildwood Circuit sponsored Saturday night, was a success in spite of the cold weather. Graham, announced this week that In accordance with a recommendation of the grand jury and an order bv the court, two guards had been placed on the person cf Robert Burns at home in New England Burns is under an indictment cf murder in the accident last which killed Mrs. Lois Hall and her child. Injuries received in the accident have not sufficinetly healed to allow him to be placed in the jail. Sheriff Graham said that he had deputized and hired two guards, Charlie Stephens and | Oscar Taylor, and that one j watch at night and the during the day.
