The course was taught at the Soil Conser¬ vation Service Training Center which is located on the Univer¬ sity of Georgia campus in A hens, Georgia. Webb, with twenty-two other technicians from the South¬ eastern states, Puerto Rico, the Phillipines and South Africa, were taught the latest and most efficient ways to help the farm¬ ers establish Soil and Water Conservation on the land.
