is hereby given to all persons
having claims Stephens, against the deceased, estate,
of Dock Sr.,
to file the same with the un¬
dersigned Dock Stephens, Jr.,
Executbr of the Will of Dock
Stephens, Sr., deceased.

LAND SALE
WHEREAS, on April 14, 1955,
Roy Conway executed and deliv¬
ered to Mrs. Carrie W. Cureton
a security deed conveying the
property hereinafter described
to secure an indebtedness there¬
in described, which security deed
is of record in Book 50, page 9
of Dade County Deed Records,
to which reference is made for
its terms and provisions. And
WHEREAS, default has been
made in the payment of a part
of said indebtedness according
to its terms and such default
having continued for more than
thirty (30) days, the holder has
declared the entire indebtedness
clue and payable and default
has been made in the payment
thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, because
of such default and pursuant to
the power and authority con-j
tamed in said security deed, the
undersigned Carrie W. Cureton |
will on Tuesday,, the 4th day of
December, 1956, within the legal
hours of sale, expose to sale and
will sell to the best and highest
bidder for cash, the following
described property, to-wit:—
Lying and being in land lot
No. 322 in the 10th district and
4th section of Dade County,
Georgia, Commencing at a
Red Oak corner on Lookout
Creek; thence running up
said creek in a southwardly
direction to a rock corner at
the John Whitt line; thence
in an Eastwardly direction
with and along the John Whitt
line to what is generally known
as the Tinker farm, (or the
C. W. Page farm) now the
W. M. Hartline; thence run¬
ning in a westwardly direction
along the line of the said Hart¬
line tetrads to the beginning
corner on Lookout Creek, said
tract being in the form of a
triangle and 'containing ten
(10) acres, more or less. Said
property was formerly known
as the Acworth Taylor prop¬
erty and is fully described in
deed to W. B. Cureton,, dated
September 7, 1944,, recorded
in Deed Book 31, page 202. This
is the same property convey¬
ed by Mrs. Carrie W. Cureton
to Roy Conway by deed dated
April 14, 1955.
Pursuant to the terms of said
security deed, the undersigned
will execute and deliver to the
purchaser a conveyance of said
property in fee simple, thereby
divesting title out of the said
Roy Conway and all persons un¬
der him and vesting the same in
the purchaser.
