W. Smith, levied on to satisfy a fi. ma. in favor of Mrs. Laura Whitehead against J. W. Smith, issued from the Superior Court of Dade County, Georgia, said property levied on as the property of defendant in fi. ma. This 4th day of December, 1956. M., Eastern Standard Time on January 10, 1957, for the con¬ struction of buildings as fol¬ lows: ALTERATIONS AND AD¬ DITIONS TO RISING FAWN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, and ALTERATIONS AND ADDI¬ TIONS TO NEW SALEM ELE¬ MENTARY SCHOOL, located in Dade County, Georgia. At the time and place noted above, the proposals will be publicly opened and read. A combined bid on the above projects is also per¬ missible. No extension of ithe bidding period will be made. Bidding documents may be obtained at the office of the architects, HUNT-CATON & AS¬ SOCIATES, 1225 James Build¬ ing Chattanooga, Tennessee. Applications for documents to¬ gether with deposit of $50.00 per get per improvement should he filed promptly with the archi¬ tects. Bidding materiel will he forwarded, shipping «har«e« collect, as soon as possible. The full amount of deposit for one set will be refunded to each general contractor who submits a bona fide bid upon return of such set in good condition with¬ in 30 days after date of opening of bids. All other deposits will be refunded with deductions ap- appiroximate cost of reproduction of documents upon return of same in good condition within 30 days after date of opening of bids. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 35 days after time has been called on the date of opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid bond in an amount not less than 5 ( /c of the base bid.
