WHEREAS, on April 9, 1948,
F. A. Smothers executed and de¬
livered to A. W. Peck a security
deed conveying the property
hereinafter described for the
purpose of securing an in¬
debtedness therein described,
which security deed is of record
in Book 35, pages 272-273 of
Dade County Deed Records, ref¬
erence to same being hereby
made for its terms and provi¬
sions. And
WHEREAS, all of the unpaid
part of the debt secured by said
security deed is now past due
and unpaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, because
of the default in the payment
of the debt secured by said
security deed, and pursuant to
the power and authority con¬
tained in said securitv deed, the
undersigned A. W. Peck will on
Tuesday, the 6th day of January,
1959, within the legal hours of
sale, at the Court House door in
Trenton, Dade County, Georgia,
expose to sale and will sell to
the highest and best bidder for
cash, the property described in
said security deed, which pro¬
perty is therein described as
follows

north one-half of lot of land
No. 109 in the 19th dis¬
trict and 4th section of
Dade County, Georgia,
and beginning at the northwest
corner of said lot of land;
thence east along the north line
to the Goss road; thence in a
southerly direction with said

north and south halves of said
lot, it being the line of what was
known as the Homer Stephens
property; thence west to the
west line of said lot; thence
north with the west line of said
lot to the beginning corner. Said
tract containing twenty-nine
(29) acres, more or less, and
being the same property deeded
to the first party by L. S.
