turned from Rochester, Minn.,
where he was operated on at
Mayo Clinic. He was accompan¬
ied by Mrs. Austin and they are
now at their home in Flat Rock.

reported in serious condition at
the Tepper Clinic in Chattan¬
ooga.
The baby is suffering menin¬
gitis, however this report is us-
oifieial. The Public Health of¬
fice reported that official re¬
ports often are late.

home coming at Brown Gap
Cemetery, Sand Mountain, will

Mrs. Kathryn Davis proudly

week to back up her story of an
exciting Florida vacation. She
and her sons Bill, 14, and Doug¬
las, 10, along with Mrs. Lester
Wall of Rossville, spent a week
at Panama City recently.
In a single fishing trip the
boys made a haul of more than
100 pounds of fish. Douglas
made the biggest single catch,
a 25-pounder.
John C. Harris, Scottsboro,

vice-piesident of the Alabama
Wholesale Grocers Assn. He was
named at at recent meeting in
Mobile.
