Foster, hereinafter called peti¬
tioners, respectfully shows

Petitioners desire for them¬
selves, their associates and suc¬
cessors to be incorporated under
the name of RISING FAWN
SLAG & STONE COMPANY.

The object of said corporation
is pecuniary gam and profit.

The general nature of the
business to be transacted shall
be that of purchasing, owning,
crushing, processing and selling
or exchanging, and generally
trading and operating in slag,
stone, rock and all other types
of materials used generally in
road construction work, but the
petitioners also desire to engage
in such other business as may

all things which may be needful

The time for which the cor¬
poration is to have existence is
thirty-five (35) years with the
privilege of renwal of the Char¬
ter from time to time upon

iods of thirty-five years.

principal office of the corpora¬
tion is to be located is Dade
County, Georgia, but the privil¬
ege is desired of establishing
branch offices and places of
business, both within and with¬
out the State of Georgia.

Melon Cutting and
Hay Ride Affair
(Intended for last week)
The Morganville and Slygo
M. Y. F. groups held a hay ride
and iiad a watermellon cutting
Sat. night and it is thought that
everyone had loads of fun. . .
Mr. and Mrs. E, T. Holmes were
sponsors of the entertainment
and we were so proud of the
worthy deeds that Mr. and Mrs.
Holmes do for our youth and we
want to thank them . . . Our
churches were greatly unproved
with attendance both in the
church school and the morning
worship services.

made in our Hooker Methodist
Uiiureh as they have organized
u M. Y. F. group and the Church
attendance was at a high peek
or 27 Sunday . . . The revival

of Mr. and Mrs. Brad Gross in'
Slygo and Mrs. Ada Gross,
Mother of Mr. Gross was the
weekend guest In their home'
also . . . .We are in much sym¬
pathy with Mrs. Sue Sims on
hearing of the accident that
happend to her father Mr. Or- j
dell Ginn, of Menton, Ala. He
was crushed during a logging
accident and was admitted to
the Ft. Payne hospital, however
we are proud that it was’nt as
serious as it could have been
and Mir. Ginn has returned
home, however his condition
is’nt out of danger yet . .

ual improved list . . . Mr.,Frank
Patterson is feeling much better
and Mrs. Pattersn was with us
in church services Sunday and
we are so proud he is feeling
better . . . Mr. Charles Hamlin
is better and able to be up and

continues to grow weaker . . .

she underwent surgery and is
still a patient, however her con¬
dition is greatly improved . . .

slaughter has been real sick and
continues to have to make trips
to the doctor .. .
Mr. Paul Dugan has entered
Hawissee College and reports
state that he is really enyoying
his college life. . .Mr. John Got¬
hard entered Tennessee Weslyn
College Tuesday and we feel
that our boys will do good in
college.
