The time for which the cor¬ poration is to have existence is thirty-five (35) years with the privilege of renewal of the Charter from time to time upon the expiration of said periods of thirty-five (35) years. -7- The County in which the principal office of the corpora¬ tion is to be located is Dade County, Georgia, but the privil¬ ege is desired of establishing branch offices and places of business, both within and with¬ out the State of Georgia.
