body to grant me a permanent en
croachment on the street west of my
lot 30 feet wide and 420 feet long, this
encroachment will not interfere with
travel on that street, as there will be
seventy feet of said street, outside of
the encroachment asked for. Res

The committee to whom the appli
cation of C. H. Bonner asking an en
croachment on street was referred,
recommend that an encroachment of
