A RESOLUTION
Resolved by the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Milledgcvillc that
bonds be issued in the aggregate sum of $95,530.26, which amount is the
aggregate amount remaining unpaid of the assessments made by resolution
of said Mayor and Aldermen on October 1, 1928, to cover the cost of paving
and improving of said Street Improvement Section or Zones No. 18, 22, 26,
27, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33, 35, 43, 45, 46 in said City. Said bonds shall be
designated as “Milledgeville Street Improvement Bonds.” Said bonds shall
be dated November 1, 1928,. shall bear interest from date at the rate of
