On the day preceding the day of Review and
Inspection in each county (unless such day be
Sunday, and in that case on the I'atutday pro
ceding,) there will be a convention of all the
c.-uiiiiissioned and non-commissioned officers m
said county, for the purpose of inspection and
dull.
The Brigade Inspectors will, besides making
returns to the Division Inspector, transmit eo
pies to the Commander in chief.
f'recision a,id accuracy in the return will he
required. Every acted disobedience and insub
ordinolion ma ked, and appropriately punished,
and a regular discipline attempted with offict rs
and men.
The colonel oi other Officers commanding
regiments are required without delay to proceed
and fill up all vacant commissions in the Line,
