In the Horticultural Department, Mr. Charles A.
Peabody, who has attained unrivalled excellence, ha?
secured the co-operation of Iverson L. Harris, J. Van
Buren, and Dr. Camak, distinguished horticulturists of
Georgia, who have pledged themselves to contribute
regularly to our columns. • , ,

Every Southern man who cultivates a plantation,
