WILL be sold on the first Tuesday in June next, at the
market house, In the city of Columbus, between the usual

End the Southern Life Insurance and Trust Company, are not
within te jurisdiction of this Court—Field being a citizen
and resident of New York, and the Southern Life Insurance and
Trust Company being a body oorporate established by the Terri
tory of Florida.
It is, on motion of complainant, ordered that the said Field and
the said Southern Life In. and Trust Cos. plead, answer or demur
tosaid till,n-t demurring alone, on or before the first day of the
next Terra: And it is further ordered tba the above order be
published by the Clerk of this Court, once a month for four

Relative distances from this route: V\ arrior Stand is five
miles from Hernando; Aberfoil is eight miles from <hunne*
nuggee; and Missouri, Pike county, is eighteen miles Irom chuu
neuuggee.

This line intersects at Columbus,Ga„ with the Musc ogee hail
road lor Macon, Bavanuah (with but ten miles staging) and ail
intermediate points.
