croup medicine for childrin because
it contains no opiates or habit¬

of summer, as well rs the long
standing, deep seated coughs, that
hang on for months, are banished
by its use. The first dose brings

Listen what this eminent physi¬
cian, Dr. Osier, says, •‘Cleanli¬
ness of the mouth, cleanliness of the
teeth, and cleanliness of the throat;
these three things must ever be
practised for the care and protect¬
ion of a patient, nurse and physi¬
cian. There is nothing more im¬
portant to the public in the whole
range of hygiene than that.”

Dorsey Addresses Big Crowd.
Hon. Hugh M. Dorsey delivered
an addrress to the people of
county before the Yonah House
Wednesday afternoon. The crowd
was estimated at from 500 to 1000,
and we candidly believe that a fair
and just estimate would be 600.
He dealt with the issues of the
campaign straight and pointed,
thoroughly convinced those who
felt inclined to support him that
was the candidate they should sup¬
port. He stated clearly his posi¬
tion upon the railroad question,
stating that he was opposed to the
sale or parrelling of the road and
favor of the road being taxed by
the comities through which it pass¬
ed. His manner of address was
most acceptable, speaking in an
admirable and pleasant tone of
voice, without any display
of excitable ■ outburst
of oratory to resound over the
valleys and between the hills like
peals of thunder to excite his hear
eis. His manner of speech was
beautifully calm and deliberate.
During his address he was often
cheered by the enthusiastic audi¬
ence which contained many ladies.
After he delivered his address he
was approached by a lady who said
to him, as she shook hi.s hand, “I
am for you, and I wish I could con¬
trol 500 voters for you,” for which
he thanked her with a smile from
the depths of his soul that made
his face shine with radiance.
