Three-fourths of the earth’s sur¬
face is water and one-fourth is land
anp yet everytime there is a dry

drying up. In the gieut economy
of nation nothing is lost. There is
as much water as ever, but this
side on which we live is getting
all warped on account of these dry
spells.
The world today is looking for men
who are not tor sale; men who are
honest, sound from center to cir¬

as the needle to the pole, men who
will stand for the right if the
heavens tall and the eartli totters,

look the world in the eye,men who
neither brag nor run, men wlu,
neither flag nor flinch, men who
can have courage without shouting
to it, men in whom the courage ol
everlasting life runs still, deep and
strong, men who know their tiles
sage and tell it, men who know
their place and till it, med who
know their business and attend U
it, men who will not lie, shirk 01
