are now placing under contracts.
For farms already under contract it
will be necessary to secure this in¬

The committeemen will not
make farm visits to secure con¬
tracts, but they wi 1 meet the far¬

and write up the contracts. Letters
will be mailed to the producers to
notify them where they are to meet
the committeemen and sign con
tracts. If you do not get a letter
ask your neighbors about the dates
YVe wisli to give every fanner an
opportunity to sign a contract. It
is advisable for every fanner who
i-eliSible to sign a 1985 Cotton
Reduction Contract,, because no
producer will be allowed to gin
tax free more than 65% ol his base
production; therefore if you do
not sign a contract you will be
forced to reduce and receive no
rental benefit. Let us as farmers
take advantage of t opportunity'
and get all the rental that we pos
6Tbly can. YVe should in most
Cases rent at least 35^ of our base!
acreage to the Government.
