Georgia Public Service Commission for a
Certificate of Public Convenience and Neces¬
sity for the operation of natural gas distribu¬
tion systems for furnishing natural gas to the
r ities of Homer in Banks County; Alto, Bald
in, Cornelia, Mount Airy, Demorest and
Clarkesville in Habersham County; and Cleve¬
land in White County as more specifically the set
forth in the copies of the maps attached to
application and made a part thereof, pursuant
to an act of the Georgia Legislature application approved
February 17, 1956. Copies of the

Under and by virtue of the power of sale set
forth in a certain security deed given by Lee
J. Freant to BUILT WELL HOMES, INC., on
April 23, 1963, recorded in Clerk’s Office,
White Superior Court in Book U-U, Folio 446,
and being transferred by assignment dated
May 21, 1963, from Builtwell Homes, Inc., to
Adrian Finance Corporation, recorded in Book
U-U, Folio 449, Office of the Clerk of Superior
Court, White County, Georgia, there will be
sold before the Courthouse door of said County
during the legal hours of sale on October 6,
1964, the following described property.
All that tract or parcel of land lying and be¬
ing in Land Lot #186 of the Second Land
District of White County, Georgia, and being
more particularly described as follows: BE¬
GINNING at a point on the bank of the Chat¬
tahoochee River approximately 1540 feet along
the bank of the river from the point where the
original line between Land Lots 185 and 186
intersects with the river and running thence
North 17 degrees West 755 feet to a condition¬
al corner; thence South 46 degrees 30 minutes
East 812 feet to the bank of the river; thence
meandering with the river 430 feet to the point
of beginning with right of ingress and egress
to the said described premises. The property
herein conveyed is designated Lot #9 accord¬
ing to the survey in Plat by Billy Sudderth,
Registered Surveyor. The debt secured by said
deed was and is represented by one note of
even date therewith for the sum of $2,848.40
and payable with respect to principal and in¬
terest as therein provided, together with an
installment of other charges, such as taxes,
hazard insurance, interest, late charges, if any,
and attorney’s fees, as provided in said security
deed. Default having occurred in respect to in¬
stallments of principal and interest and the
other charges provided for in said instrument,
ADRIAN FINANCE CORPORATION has
elected to declare the entire debt due and pay¬
able and the power of sale in said deed opera¬
tive. The proceeds of said sale will be applied
to the payment of principal and interest and
to the other charges due and exigible under
the terms of said deed and note and including
an attorney’s fee as provided in said deed and
the surplus, if any, will be paid to those en¬
titled thereto as provided for in said security
deed. A fee simple title deed will be made to
the purchaser at said sale.
