BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEOR¬
GIA;
SECTION 1
Article VIII, Section V, Para¬
graph I of the Constitution, relat¬
ing to the County Boards of Edu¬
cation, is hereby amended by add¬
ing at the end thereof the follow¬
ing:

SECTION 2
When the above proposed amend
ment to the Constitution shall have
been agreed to by two-thirds of
the members elected to each of the
two branches of the General As¬
sembly, and the same has been en
tered on their journals with the
“Ayes” and “Nays” taken thereon
such proposed amendment shall bo
published and submitted as pro¬
vided in Article XIII, Section 1
Paragraph Georgia I of the Constitution of
of 1945, as amended.
