To All Qualified Voters: All lands within
the boundaries of White County of the Upper
Chattahoochee Soil & Water Conservation Dis¬
trict, described as follows:
Notice is hereby given that on the 28rd day
of April, 1965, between the hours of 9:00 A.M.
and 4:00 P.M., an election will be held for the
election of one (1) supervisor from White
County for the Upper Chattahoochee Soil &
Water Conservation District.
Voting place will be open in the Courthouse ”

Persons qualified to vote in a general elec¬
tion under the Constitution of the State of
Georgia are eligible to vote in the election of
supervisors.
Only those persons residing within the
Upper Chattahoochee Soil Sc Water Conserva¬
tion District will be eligible to vote in the
election of district supervisors.
April 16, 1965 is the closing date the State
Soil & Water Conservation Committee will
accept nominations for candidates for the
election. Nominations must be in the office of
the Secretary of the State Committee (address
below) not. later than April 17, 1965.
The signature of 25 qualified voters is re
quired to nominate a candidate.

forrnance bond and a labor and material payv
ment bond in the form of A.I.A. Document

The Owner reserves the right to reject any
or all proposals and to waive informalities. No
