Small decorative pieces can be sharp and cause injury or be a choking hazard. Never use decorative lighting with exposed wiring. Frayed wiring can cause fires, shock or even death. When decorating outdoors with a ladder, always carry ladder parallel to the ground. Before placing ladder in upright position, be sure to look up first to ensure safe distance from any power lines.
