reason or excuse has been presented or rend- red
therefore.
Ordered by the rourt. that William S. Booth
and Isham Parham, executors as aforesaid,
show cause at the July Terra 1860, of thf- court,
why they should not be Ye moved from their offiro
of executors of the will of Gabriel Booth deed.

parted this life without executing titles to said

ready and willing to fully pay the purchase mon-
