The entire district is known as being the healthiest part of the county, and the people are fast finding it out. We have very few large farms, but a great ninny si-id I ones, which accounts for the in creased value of real estate; the farmer are thrifty and energetic. The Edison district follows this one in the value of real estate, which is 8135.- 801. The valuation of lands in the Av liugton district is §40,025; Leary, $97.- 325; Williamsburg, §21,850; Corday, $11,022. We hope soon to see a farmer on every lot of land in the county.
