An acceptable surety bond for the
amount of the contract price, and a
five (5) year maintanehce bond for
twenty-five (25%) per cent of the
contract cost will be required.
The right is reserved to reject and

To the heirs at law of Nathan Lee, late of
said County, deceased. C.D. Reed has filed
petition in this court, setting forth that the
said Nathan Lee in his lifetime executed a
bond for title, a vopy of which is attached
to said petition, in which said Nathan Lee
agreed to make title to certain lands therein
described and claiming that the terms of said
bond have been fully complied with, asks that
an order be granted directing T. K. Gresham
as Administrator of Nathan ILee deceased, to
execute title as provided in said bond. The

By virtue of an order of the Court of Or
dinary of said county, granted at the regular
April Term 1920, will be sold before the Court
House door in Marietta, Cobb County, Geor
gia, within the legal hours of sale on the first
Tuesday in May next, to the highest bidder
for ecash, the following described property,
to-wit :
The south half of land lot No. 452, consist
ing of 20 acres, moré or less, situated in the
16th district and 2nd Section of Cobb County,
Georgia. Also 65 acres of land, more or less,
situated in the 16th District and 2nd Section
of Cobb County, Georgia, and being parts
of the following lots, to-wit: 5 acres, more or
less, in the shape of a rectangle off of the
northeast corner of lot 521. Also the east
half of lot 488 containing 20 acres, more or
less. Also 26 2-3 acres, more or less, off o¥
the west side of land lot 487 in the shape o
a rectangle, of uniform width, extending from
north to south line. Also 13 1-3 acres off the
southwest corner of land lot 450, being in the
shape of a rectangle, and half the width of
said lot, and all of the south half except 6 2-3
acres owned by Will Dunn. Said 65 acres
bounded north by property formerly owned by
Jennie and Susan Knight and now by Jennie

This cause coming on to be heard, and the
preliminary report of the Board of Viewers
having heretofore on the 17th day of Febru
ary, 1920, within the time specified by law,
bgen filed with this Court, and having been
examined, is found to be in due and proper
form. The Court further finds from the View
ers’ report that the drainage is practicable
and that it will benefit the lands sought to
be benefitted, the public health, the public
highway and ‘“be conductive to the general
welfare of the community,” and the Court
hereby appoints the 4th day of May, 1920, at
ten o’clock, a. m., as the time when it will fur
ther hear and consider and pass upon the
said report.
It is further orderßd that a copy of this
order be posted at the Courthouse door and
at five conspicuous places within the drainage
district, and be published in the Marietta
Journal, a newspaper of general circulation
within the county, for two consecutive weeks.
