meeting at the home of Mrs. I. A.
White on Monday afternoon.

Cortelyou have gone to the Bankers
convention in Macon.
Mr. and Mrs. W. A. DuPre and
sons, William and Banks, left in two
machines on Wednesday for Orlando
Florida, where they will spend the
E\’nter. At the same time Mr. and Mrs
W. L. Richardson left in their car for
Kissimmee. Florida.
Mr. and Mrs. A. S. Cohen and
daughter, Augusta, are spending
some time in Atlanta.
Mrs. Edwin Smith of Sycamore,
Ga., and Mr. John C. Fields of Sal
a manca, N. Y. who were called here
by the death of their mother, Mrs.
John A. Fields, have returned home.
LOG CABIN
Mr. Davis preached his last ser
mon for us on Sunday. We do not
know where he will be sent but we
all hope to have him again.
Mr. Shackelford, one of our for
mer preachers preached for us on
Sunday, and we were glad to see him
again.
Mr. and Mrs. Camp and children
spent the week-end with Mrs. Camp’s
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Miller in At
lanta.
Mardelle and Sarah Osburn spent
the week-end with their grand-par
ents, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Carmichael.
Mr. Webb had the misfortune
to have his Buick stolen. We hope he
gets it back.

attended the entertainment at Bol
to last Thursday night.

night and Sunday School every Sun
day. Don’t forget to come.

Mr. J. R. Laseter was elected Sup
erintendent of the Sunday School at
this place at the last Quarterly Con
ference. Mr. Laseter Has served as
Superintendent of this school before
and every one is pleased to have him
once more.
Miss Nannie Griggs spent Sunday
in Atlanta attending the North Geor
gia Conference which was in session
there.
Mrg. J. M. Lindley has been quite
sick for the past few days but we
are glad to report that she is now
improving.
