G. Edd Crowe attended the funeral
of Mr. L. A. Stone in Calhoun,
which was conducted from the Meth
odist church at 2 o’clock on Sunday
afternoon in that city. Mr. Stone
has visited relatives here and made
many friends that will be grieved to
hear of his death. Mrs. Stone was
a sister of Mr. N, A. Brewer, of this
community.

next Sunday afternoou at 2 o’clock.
Prof. John H. Crayton, of Dallas,
Ga., will be with us on that date.
We would like to have a large at
tendance out to hear Prof. Clayton,
and feel sure you will enjoy some
