petition, in pursuance of an Act of the
General Assembly of the State of
Georgia, approved December 20, 1893,
and Acts amendatory thereof, and re

domestic exchange, or other negotia
ble paper; to lend money upon per
gsonal security, or upon pledges of
bonds, stocks, or negotiable securities;
to take and receive security by mort
gage, or otherwise, on property, real
or personal; and generally, to do and
perform all such other matters and
things not hereinbefore enumerated as
are or may be incident to the business
of banking.
We herewith enclose the charter fee
of $50.00, and pray to be incorporated
under the laws of this State.
