Here Are Facts we Want You
' to Prove at Our Risk.
~ Marvelous as it may seem, Rexall
‘93"’ Hair Tonic has grown hair on
heads that were once bald* Of course,
in none of these cases were the hair
roots dead, nor had the scalp taken on
a glazed, shiny appearance.
Rexall ‘93" Hair Tonic acts scien
tifically, destroying the germs which
are usually responsible for baldness It
penetrates to the roots of the hair
stimulating and nourishing them. It
is a most pleasant toilet necessity, is
delicately perfumed, and will not gum
or permanently stain the hair.
We want you to get a bottle of Rexall
‘93’ Hair Tonic and use it as directed.
If it does not relieve scalp irritation,
remove dandruff, prevent the hair from
falling out and promote an increased
growth of hair, and in every way give
entire satisfaction, simply come back
and tell us, and without question or
formality we will hand back to yon
every penny you paid us for it. Two
sizes, soc and $l,OO. Sold only at our

A Barnum Story.
A story is told of the meeting of Mat
thew Arnold with P. T. Barnum,
the great showman, in America. Mr.
Arnold when introduced said how
proud he felt at making the acquaint
ance of a man with a worldwide repu
tation. “Ah, Mr. Arnold,” said Bar
num, “we are both public men, but the
difference between you and me is that
You are a notability, while I am only a
notoriety.”
Well Forged.
Joakley—l understand there’s consid
erable talk now in naval circles about
some orders that were forged very
skillfully.
Coakley—Aha! Another scandal, eh?
Joakley—Oh, no. They were orders
for some eight inch guns.

Wheels.
The earliest mention of wheels in the
Bible is in Exodus xiv, 25, when the
chariot wheels of the Egyptians were
taken off by the Lord. But chariots
are mentioned in Genesis xil, 43. But
there were older nations than the
Egyptians. The Chaldeans used char
fots, and the Greeks—Homer’'s poems
date from about 900 B. C.—had char
fots at the siege of Troy, 1500 B. C.
Probably in reality the wheel is about
as early a piece of machinery as any
now existing. Of course it has been
developed, but the wheel of today is a
lineal descendant of the section of a
log of wood used by the agricultural
peoples thousands of years ago.—New
York American.
Horrible Example.
“Maw, what is a horrible example?”’
asked the youngest boy, looking up
from his newspaper.
The eldest boy stopped his figuring
long enough to say, “Walit till you get
into algebra, and you’ll find any
amount of ’em.”
“] wouldn’t take a thousand
dollars for the good VINOL has
done me. I was told that Cod Liver
Oil was the medicine I needed for
my weakened condition and poor
blood. I could not take the greasy
mixture, and when our druggist told
me that VINOL contained not only
tonic iron but all the medicinal prop
erties of Cod Liver Oil without the
grease or oil or bad taste, I made
up my mind that was the medicine
for me. I tried it and to-day am
strong and well.”
Mrs. ]J. T. SNYDER,

We guarantee the genuineness of the
above testimonial,
We sell VINOL with the
understanding that if it does
not give the purchaser per
fect satisfaction, we return
his money without question.

der these conditions?
