authorizing the undersigned, as ad
ministrator of the estate of Chas. S.
Johnson, deceased, to sell bond for ti

States District Court for the North
ern District of Georgia, sitting in
bankruptey, the undersigned will, on
the 3rd day of July, 1911, between 10
a. m. and 4 p. m, expose for public
sale before the court house door at
Marietta, Cobb county, Georgia, the
plant of the Laurel Mills Manufac
turing Co., bankrupt, described as fol
lows: .
All that tract or parcel of land lying
and being in Cobb county, Georgia,
and situated at the confluence of
Vickery’s Creek and Chattahoochee
River, west of said creek and north
of said river, containing all told
eighty-three and eighty-five one
hundredths (83.85) acres as shown
on a map and blue print of
same made for said Laurel Mills Mfg
Co. by Robert & Marshall, civil en
gineers, in February, 1909, and made
up of fractions of the following origi
nal land lots, to wit: All of land lot

seven (457) lying west of Vickery’s
Creek on the north bank of Chatta
hooche River, on which is located the

chinery heretofore used and owned by
said Laurel Mills Mfg. Co. in the
operation of its business.
. With all the rights, members and
appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining.
The above described property will
be exposed for sale in two parcels as
follows:
1. All the real property, consisting
of the land, buildings and appurte
‘nances thereto in the nature of the
‘water rights or any other easement
attached to the realty, including the
‘water and steam power plant, with
shafting, pulleys and belts, and the
electric lighting plant, but not includ
}ing the machinery, etc., hereinafter
described in parcel Two (2).
2. All other personal property be
longing to said Laurel Mills Mfg. Co,
consisting' of woolen and textile ma.
chinery and property of like kind,
which for the purpose of this order
'and sale is considered personal prop
erty., The stock of merchandise,
manufactured goods and raw mate
rial are not included in this sale. If
the sale of the personal property as
above described should be made
separate from the realty, then the
purchaser thereof shall have the right
to detach and remove the same from
the realty.
After exposing the two parcels as
above described, then the entire prop
erty, including both parcels, will be
exposed for sale as a whole.
Terms—Cash on approval of bid or
‘bids by the court. The highest and
\best bids on the two parcels and also
‘the highest and best bid on the en
tire property will be transmitted to
the Court for confirmation or rejec
tion as soon as practicable after the
sale, and upon approval and payment
of the purchase price the undersigned
trustee will execute and deliver to
the purchaser, or purchasers, a con
veyance covering the above described
property. The Court reserves the
right to reject any and all bids. Title
will be conveyed free and clear of all
liens and encumbrances, except taxes
for year 1911. Detailed information
as to the above described plant and
property will be furnished on applica
tion to the undersigned.

the General Assembly of the State of
Georgia, approved December 20, 1893,
and Acts amendatory thereof, and re
