The above cut represents the design for the monument to Senator Clay accepted by the Committee. The contract has been

awarded the McNeel Marble Co. at $3,800 but the monument would ordinarily cost much more than that. It will be unveiled about

next April. The base will be of marble and the statute of bronze and will occupy a place in the Park facing the Court House.

Wilson, who is in charge of Mr, James

“W. B. Wilson, one of the graduates
of the College of Agriculture at State
University this year, left Saturday
night for Marietta, Ga., where he has
since January |, been in charge of a
model 1,200 acre farm belonging to a
wealthy planter who is specializing in
‘registcred Hereford cattle and Berk
shire hogs.

a student at the University here sinee
| January 1, he was granted his diploma
}hecause of the excellence of his work

| was a student at the College of Agri

NOTICE is hereby given that the Books will be open for the purpose of
receiving Tax Returns for the County of Cobb on Monday, April 3d, 1911.
The Law provides that all property and effects, held on February ist, 1911, shall
oe returned at its market value. Please make yeur returns early, and avoid
the rush later on. I will be at all the places named below on the day and dates
mentioned, and at Marietta on all other days, for the purpose of receiving Tax
Returns of Cobb County for the year 1911.
