first Tuesday in December next, with

east side of Cherokee street in the
city of Marietta, Ga.: Bounded on
the West by Cherokee street, on the
North by Dobbs street, East by Wad
dell street and South by property of
E. P. Dobbs and W. M. McKenzie,
said lot having a uniform width of 100

said county, deceased, represents to
the court in his petition duly filed and
entered on record that he has fully
administered said estate. This is,
therefore, to cite all persons con
cerned, kindred and creditors, to show
cause, if any they can, why said ad
ministrator should not be discharged
from his administration and receive
letters of dismission on the first Mon
day in December, 1911.

W. B. Morris as transferree has flled
his petition in this court, setting forth
that said J. I. Brown in life time ex
ecuted a bond for title, copy of which
is attached to said petition, in which
said J. I. Brown agreed to make title
to certain land therein described, and
claiming that the terms therein have
‘been fully complied with, and asks
that an order be granted directing J. T.
‘Brown as administrator of J. I. Brown,
deceased; to execute said title as pro
vided in said bond. The same will

district, one 50 foot trust span and two
20 foot stringer epans with 16 foot road
way, capacity 12 ton road roller, with
banistering, for wing walls 16 feet at
each end, banisters to he same as on
bridge.
At the same time and place will be

terial’to build a ninety foot truss span
steel brid;ie across Willeo creek at old
starch mill place, in Roswell district,
with banistering, with 16 foot road way,
12 ton road roller capacity, 16 foot win
wall, banistering at each end. Botfi
bridges to be built with concrete floors.
