in the county to come and take part.
There will be a program rendered-—- _iustl
like singing in a class contest but no
judges or prizes. This class singingfis
to prepare the classes for our contest
at Kennesaw, Augustl7.’ Now, under
stand, the class singing will begin right
after diungr and continue the rest of
the aftemioh, Each class must sing
separately in the afternoon but will
sing the old way in the morning, is the
way I understand it.
We expect as many as five or six
classess there any way and are assured
of four and I assure you that you will
never regret coming to this singing.
1t is something new in this country and
is just asgood asitis new, mark that.
We anticipatea larger crowd at Roselane
that day than has ever been there.
Each leader will speak five minutes in
regard te the contest in August at
Kennesaw, which is not far of, and I
want to say right here that eur sontest

finest thing that the people of Cebb
County have ever saw or’heard in the
- way of singing. If theve are amy classes
in the county that want tO emter the

this week and the farmers are get

Mr. Major Young and family
spent Sunday with the family of
T. R. Rutherford.
Mrs. Dessa Green and little son,
Roy, spent Tuesday with the family
of Mr. M. C. Powers.
Little Miss Connie Boring spent a
few days with her aunt, Mrs. Lizzie
Dobbs.
Miss Ruby Powers spent one night
last week with Mrs. Dessie Green.
Rev. Mr. Barrett preached a
great sermon at Shiloh Sunday even
ing.
Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Dobbs spent
Sunday night with the family of
Rev. Mr. Bond,
Mr. and Mrs. Charley Rutherford
