DEATH OF DANISE MOZLEY.
After an illness of several weeks,
Danise Lillian, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Eugene Mozley died Tuesday
morning at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
C. B. Mitcham. She was only 14
months old. The funeral was conducted
by Rev. G. S. Tumlin at ten o’clock
Tuesday morning and the interment
was in Atlanta. The parents have the
sompathy of many friends in their
bereavement,

Miss Mozley and Mr. Easters. At each
table was a book for the bride-elect in
which the guest wrote recipes, advice
and sentiments. Dainty refreshments
were served.
On Friday afternoon Miss Beatrice
Osborne complimented Miss Mozley
with a 42 and a linen shower. The
tables were on the wide veranda which
was decorated with growing plants.
The guest of honor was lovely in pink
mull. Miss Grace Carter served punch
and, after the game, refreshments
were served at tha small tables.

The previous plans for this wedding
were changed on account of the con
tinued serious illness of the bride’s
aunt, Mrs, J. N. Gantt. Mrs. Lewis
is an alumna of the Georgia Normal
and Industrial College and until her
marriafe was a teacher in this county.
Mr. Lewis comes hiEhly recommend
ed from Kennesaw where he holds a
responsible position with the N. C. &
St. L. railroad.
Mr. and Mrs. Lewis will make their
home in Kennesaw.

DEATH OF DR. W. H. DEAN.
Dr, William Hiram Dean died last
Thursday at the home of his daughter,
Mrs. W. A. McAfee, in Woodstock.
He was in his 89th year and was sick
only a few days. He had been a physi
cian and a Baptist preacher for many
years. Dr. W, H. Perkinson is a grand
son of Dr, Dean. :
The funeral was conducted bge Rev.
A. B. Vaughn and the Ball- arers
were the six grandsons, Dr. W. H.
